I got in touch with them and they fought very hard on my behalf, it has taken 3 months for Kate, relentlessly contacting several avenues to achieve the maximum amount that the Cypriot Ombudsman was aloud to authorise. That is a sum of 100.000 euros. Thank you Kate for all of your hard work. Thank you. We are still waiting to receive a decision from The UK ombudsman, so maybe I will have the balance of my loss returned.
